Information we collect: Name, email, billing address required for card payments, and standard server logs (browser, IP, pages visited).
What we do NOT collect: Payment card details — all payment processing is handled directly by PaymentCloud / Authorize.net (card payments) and, for orders placed before July 2026, Paddle (PayPal & wallet payments). We never see or store your card information.
How we use it: To process purchases, deliver content, respond to support inquiries, and improve our website. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.
Data sharing: Only with PaymentCloud / Authorize.net to complete transactions (and Paddle, for orders placed before July 2026), or as required by law. Never with advertisers.
Retention: Order information is kept up to 3 years for record-keeping. Request deletion any time at [email protected].
Your rights: Access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children’s privacy: Adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
