Technical Issues
If you experience any problem accessing or downloading your purchased content, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will resolve technical issues within 24–48 hours at no charge.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank — we resolve billing questions within a day, and unrecognized charges are refunded in full (see Billing & Statement Questions). If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we will be unable to provide additional support or refunds for that transaction.
