Data sharing: Only with PaymentCloud / Authorize.net (card payments) and, for orders placed before July 2026, Paddle (PayPal & wallet payments) to complete transactions, or as required by law. Never with advertisers.
Retention: Order info kept up to 3 years for record-keeping. Request deletion any time at [email protected].

3. Payment + Pricing: Processed via PaymentCloud / Authorize.net (card payments) and, for orders placed before July 2026, Paddle (PayPal & wallet payments). Prices in USD. Pricing changes do not affect completed orders.
4. Delivery: Digital downloads sent via email immediately after purchase. Download links valid 7 days. Download unlimited times during that window.
5. Permitted Use: Personal, non-commercial use; B-roll/reference in creative projects with credit; download for personal storage.
6. Prohibited Use: Resell, redistribute, share content; upload as standalone to video platforms; claim as your own; remove attribution; commercial use without separate licensing.
7. Commercial Licensing: Contact [email protected] for inquiries.
8. IP: All content owned by Average Joe Sky Travels. Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
9. Refunds: See Refund Policy above.
10. As-Is: Content provided “as is” without warranties. We make no guarantees of specific moments, individuals, or audio quality at events.
11. Termination: We may suspend access for terms violations, fraud, or chargebacks initiated without contacting support first.
12. Liability: Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific content in question.
13. Disputes: Contact us first at [email protected]. Governed by Washington State law. Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration (small claims excepted).
