Billing & Statement Questions

Seeing “AVERAGEJOESKYTRAVELS” on your card statement?

That’s us. Average Joe Sky Travels sells professional event documentation videos, and card purchases on this site appear on your statement as AVERAGEJOESKYTRAVELS.

If you paid with PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, the charge appears as PADDLE.NET* instead — Paddle was our checkout partner for those payment methods.

Don’t recognize the charge?

It happens more often than you’d think — usually a purchase by someone else in the household, or a descriptor that didn’t ring a bell. Two quick ways to check:

  • Look up the order on our Order Tracking page using the Order ID from the receipt email.
  • Email [email protected] with the charge date, the amount, and the last 4 digits of the card. We answer within 24 hours.

If a charge genuinely wasn’t authorized, we refund it in full to the original payment method — no questions, no hassle.

Please contact us before disputing with your bank

A bank dispute typically takes weeks to resolve. We resolve billing questions within a day, and unrecognized charges are refunded straight back to your card. If a chargeback is filed before you contact us, we’re no longer able to refund the transaction directly or provide further support for it — see our Refund Policy.

Refunds

Every individual video purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] with your order number and the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
